Processing Time

Each piece is thoughtfully handmade in our studio with care and intention.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

If you need your order sooner, feel free to contact us before placing it. We will always do our best to help whenever possible.

Shipping

All orders ship from Georgia, USA via USPS.

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping rates vary depending on destination.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

While we carefully prepare and ship every order, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.

Kindly make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.

Returns & Order Issues

Because every piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction truly matters to us.
