All items are handmade with care. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you need your order urgently, feel free to contact us before placing it, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Shipping
We ship from Georgia, USA via USPS.
Standard shipping times range from 3–7 business days within the U.S. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and rates vary depending on destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Note: We are not responsible for postal delays or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Returns & Issues
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or you encounter an issue, please email us at thesunlightatelier@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
